March Update: Conversations take a lot of time!
Making good progress on conversations and feeling a bit chilly.
Hello, language enthusiasts! As we find ourselves in March, I can’t help but notice the chill in the air. I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of spring (春), as I’m sure many of you are. In the meantime, I’ve been staying warm and productive by continuing to work on my Japanese conversation book. It’s time for another update on my progress!
I’m pleased to report that I’ve made significant headway with the conversations. However, I encountered a technical challenge along the way. Initially, I was using Google Docs to store and organize all of these dialogues, but as the number of conversations grew, I noticed that the platform was slowing down and becoming unresponsive.
To remedy this issue, I decided to switch to Pages on macOS, hoping that a desktop app would provide a more efficient and seamless experience. I’m happy to report that the transition has been smooth, and I’ve been able to continue writing and organizing the conversations with ease.
As for the content itself, I’m still diligently working on crafting engaging and authentic dialogues for the book. While there might not be any groundbreaking updates at the moment, I wanted to reassure you that progress is steadily being made. I look forward to sharing more insights and milestones with you in the coming months.
Thank you for your ongoing support and interest in my Japanese conversation book project. Stay warm, and let’s keep learning and growing together as we eagerly anticipate the arrival of spring!
